Policies

1. Cancellation Policy: we unfortunately do not refund clients for any cancellations; events must be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer you the next available date. 
2. Payment Policy: we gladly accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We also accept direct transfers such as: Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal.  A fifty percent (50%)  deposit is required to hold the reservation. The remaining payment is due 24 hours prior to the event.  Once you decide to book your event, you will receive an email to sign the event agreement and pay the deposit. 
3. Occupancy Policy: the maximum number of guests allowed in a teepee at any given time is one individual per tent.  For insurance and safety reasons, we cannot allow more than one camper per tent. 
4. Age restrictions: age is limited to those guests who are five and older. While we are animal lovers ourselves, no "furry" guests are allowed either.  
5. Damage Policy: we reserve the right to collect charges for damages to equipment. Please note: an additional damage fee may apply if additional measures are needed to clean and/or deodorize the teepees and/or equipment due to violations of this policy.
6. No food or drink allowed in the tents.
